Caring for your Acrylic Nails.....

Use the pads of your fingers rather than your finger tips when performing everyday tasks.

Use a non-acetone nail varnish remover so as not to damage the acrylic extension.

Do not bite or pull off your nail extensions, please call Brighton Beauty and we will remove them with little damage to your natural nail.

Be careful when opening your car door or cupboards, so as not to catch your nails.

Do not open drinks cans with your nail extension, use a metal spoon handle or other tool instead.

Always wear gloves to do any household chores or gardening.

Do not do anything that will put an upward pressure on your nail extension.

Do not clip your extensions with clippers or cut with sissors as this will shatter and crack the extension, only file them with a padded emery board.

If an extension begins to lift, please ensure the nail is dry then glue down the extension and arrange for BrightonBeauty to come and repair the extension.
Please note that after the application of acrylic nails you may find it more difficult to perform everyday tasks because it usually takes a couple of days to grow accustomed to having longer finger nails.
