Payment
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partner PayPal. If you would prefer you can also make payment by cheque or postal order, please be aware that if you do so your order may take a little longer to reach you.
Delivery
All orders are sent out by Special Delivery, and will require a signature on arrival and should be with you in 2-5 working days.
Our Standard delivery charge is £4.25 per order (this charge applies to Uk customers only) . If you are outside the UK and wish to purchase products then please contact us and we can arrange delivery to you.
Returns
If you change your mind or are not happy for any reason, simply return the item to us within 30 days, unused and in it's original packaging. On receipt of the item we will issue you with a refund, this will exclude any postage, packaging and insurance costs that were incurred during the original order.
We always advise that you contact us prior to returning an item so that we can be aware it is being returned and easily match the return with your order. This will ensure that your refund is dealt with promptly.
Pre-order Items
Because the products we stock are very popular, we may not always have every product colour available for immediate dispatch.
If you would like to order a pre-order item you can do this by adding it to your basket and completing your checkout as normal. If any part of your order will take longer than 7 days to dispatch we will inform you of this and send all other available items in your order immediately.
Alternatively, feel free to contact us for a delivery estimate on pre-order items before placing your order.
