Up your water intake to 10 glasses per day - Water really is so important, your body uses it to flush away cellulite, improve digestion and get rid of dark circles under the eyes. It is also essential for the collagen and elastin in the skin, keeping it supple.
Get exercising - Going to the gym will not only make you feel great by producing lots of endorphins, but it will also make your skin look radiant for your big day by boosting your circulation and flushing out toxins.
Stop smoking! - Everyone knows smoking is extremely bad for you, but it also gives the skin a grey dull look.
Exfoliate - Start using a body brush before you have a shower in the mornings, this will exfoliate the dead shin cells and boost your circulation.
Help out your manicurist - When you are in the bath push back your cuticles, this is the best time as they will be lovely and soft and then apply some cuticle oil.
Avoid stress - It's easier said than done but stress is something you really don't need as it can lead to hormonal spots. Something you definately don't want in the wedding pics.
Get a subtle tan - Yes, I do mean subtle! If you can't afford to or don't have the time to go to the salon and have your tan applied professionally then please make sure you know how much to apply before your wedding day. Experiment at least a month before your wedding so you have time to get it right and if it all goes wrong you can exfoliate it off!
Go white - Start using a whitening toothpaste to make your smile look its best. Your teeth are a really important factor when it comes to looking young and healthy.
Get enough sleep - try having a bath before bed time to relax and unwind from the day. Why not try adding some of your favourite aromatherapy oil?
